Pictured here are typical
standard vessels being processed for U.S. FILTER. These "pre-packaged"
systems are blasted to SSPC SP-5 and then coated with sprayed and baked
PVC, 60-80 mils on interior surfaces and 10-20 mils on exterior surfaces. |

After baking in our 15'W
x 30'L oven and spark testing, units then proceed to our assembly area
where we install fabricated PVC or stainless internals as specified. |

Finally, after labeling
and packaging, units are inventoried to be released on a JIT basis as directed.
This total inventory management approach provides US FILTER with consistent,
high quality units when and where they are needed. |
