Blastech operates three
plants located in Brantford, Ontario totaling approximately 100,000 square
feet of production floor space.
Plant #1 encompasses
over 40,000 square feet of production space and is home to
automated steel plate cleaning and coating
line. Plant
2 and Plant 4 located adjacent to Plant 1 add an additional 17,000 and 38,000
square feet respectively of abrasive cleaning and coating production floor
space.
 Our
Plant 1 is constructed on a 22 acre site with ample storage for units before
and after shop processing and for those materials awaiting shipment for
site construction. |
The abrasive cleaning chamber at Plant 1 is designed to achieve maximum design surface preparation to meet industry specifications. This chamber is 15' w x 14' h x 150' l. |
Our 60 ton and 20 ton yard cranes are used to transport steel from onsite storage to the shop floor for preparation and coating. |
The plant and coating shop has both rail and truck access for the delivery and acceptance of a variety of structures and units. |
