ROLL COVERING

The Roll Covering division of BRANT occupies its own 20,000 sq. ft. facility complete with 20 ton overhead crane capacity, a 10’dia. x 62’L autoclave, four process ovens up to 17’H x 15’W x 30’L, two polyurethane dispensing machines, automated rubber and roll builder ( rolls up to 70”W x 420”L ) and a complete machining shop capable of state-of-the-art crowning, grooving and finishing.

BRANT has developed innovative rubber and urethane formulations to meet and exceed the unique requirements of our customers in the steel, pulp and paper, and processing industries.
